Who is Capoeira for?
If you want to improve your fitness and are interested in music and Afro-Brazilian culture, Capoeira is for you. It combines martial arts, dance movements and music into a unique workout.
Capoeira is open to anybody, regardless of your level of fitness, age or anything else. Start training and you will feel the difference almost immediately. G.U.C. is made up of people from a rich variety of backgrounds, nationalities and age groups. We all started at different times in our lives, but with a little energy and commitment, we manage to improve every day.
